By accessing or using Reacheive, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Reacheive services
Reacheive provides tools for brands and agencies to organize creator information, discover creators, plan campaigns, manage offers, communicate with creators, and review campaign activity. Features may change as the service develops.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to your account, and activity performed through your account. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for assigning access appropriately.
Brand and agency responsibilities
Brands and agencies are responsible for their campaign instructions, budgets, claims, creator selection, recipient addresses, and communications. You must have a lawful basis and appropriate permission to contact recipients and must honor opt-outs and applicable anti-spam requirements.
Google and Gmail integrations
If you connect Gmail, you authorize Reacheive to send applicable creator, campaign, collaboration, deal, follow-up, and team-related communications from that connected account using the permission approved in Google's consent flow. You must connect only an account you are authorized to use and may disconnect it from settings.
Acceptable use
You may not use Reacheive for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, or unauthorized outreach; unsolicited bulk messaging; malware; infringement; or activity that violates Google's terms, applicable anti-spam laws, or another person's rights.
User content and intellectual property
You retain responsibility for content and data you submit. You grant Reacheive the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content to provide the service. Reacheive's platform, branding, and software remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party services
Reacheive relies on third-party services such as Supabase, Google APIs, hosting providers, and other infrastructure. Their services may have separate terms and availability limitations.
Availability, suspension, and termination
Reacheive may experience interruptions and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Access may be limited or terminated for misuse, security reasons, legal requirements, non-payment where applicable, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Reacheive is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Reacheive does not guarantee campaign outcomes, creator responses, email delivery, or third-party availability. To the extent permitted by law, Reacheive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
