Overview
Reacheive is a creator distribution and campaign management platform. This policy explains what information we handle when you use Reacheive, including when you connect a Google account.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, Reacheive may handle account details such as name, email address, profile image, role, workspace membership, brand information, creator profile information, campaign details, offers, messages, analytics, and content submitted through the platform.
Google OAuth and Gmail
Users voluntarily connect a Google account from Brand Dashboard settings. Reacheive uses Google OAuth and requests the Gmail send permission to send authorized creator, campaign, collaboration, deal, follow-up, and applicable team-related communications from the connected brand Gmail account.
Reacheive does not request permission to read, search, modify, or delete the Gmail inbox. The current OAuth flow requests https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send and the email identity scope needed to display the connected Google account.
Reacheive may store encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens on the server so the authorized connection can continue working. Tokens are used only for the connected brand's authorized Gmail sending. Users can disconnect Gmail in Brand Dashboard settings.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, provide workspaces, discover and contact creators, manage campaigns and offers, send authorized emails, provide support, maintain security, and improve the service.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate Reacheive, including Supabase for authentication and database services, deployment providers, Google APIs for the user-authorized Gmail integration, and other infrastructure providers used by the application. Reacheive does not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Disconnecting Gmail removes the local Gmail connection record and stored local token values used by Reacheive; it does not automatically revoke the authorization at Google. To request account or data deletion, contact reacheiveindia@gmail.com and identify the account or workspace.
Security
Reacheive uses server-side access controls and server-side storage for Gmail credentials. Production deployments require configured token-encryption and OAuth state-signing secrets. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may disconnect Gmail from settings, update information available in your account, and contact us about access, correction, or deletion requests.
Google API data policy
Reacheive's use of information received from Google APIs follows the applicable Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements where applicable.
